Customer Service Agent

35 hours per week (Part time hours may be available)
What does the job entail?
Working with a team of agents you will be a highly motivated individual, responsible for handling various aspects of customer needs, relating to Birmingham Midshires products. You will deal with existing and new customers, or intermediary agents, focusing on retention and growth.
The ability to communicate effectively is a crucial requirement of this role, together with a desire to work as a team player within a busy sales/service environment. You will contribute to the achievement of team targets, delivering service excellence and focussing on customer satisfaction.

The key elements of the role are to:
- Receive and instigate telephone calls in respect of both existing & prospective customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
- Be flexible in their working hours
- Work closely with other team members throughout the business
- Deliver an on target performance in all key business areas
- Liaise with internal and external customers to achieve the best results for the customer and BM
- Ensure that all customer requirements are met
