What does the job entail?
You will be an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated individual and be expected to develop an expert understanding of your business area. The ability to communicate effectively and involve others is essential and you should have an excellent track record of customer service. An integral part of the role will be to coach others to ensure they have the appropriate level of knowledge to answer customer queries and provide accurate information.

The key elements of the role are to:
- Handle detailed and complex queries, providing a source of knowledge excellence
- Provide support to the Team Leader, to ensure that teams are recognised for excellence
- Identify training needs and determine the right course of action to support the team
- Provide excellent service during liaisons with external customers and internal teams
- Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales
- Ensure that all customer requirements are met
- Meet stretching sales targets
