35 hours per week (Part time hours may be available)

What does the job entail?

Highly motivated and experienced individuals will be expected to build, lead, coach and develop their team to achieve stretching business objectives. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a background in Sales &/or Service.

The ability to communicate effectively and involve others is essential, and the successful applicant will have an excellent track record of planning and customer service leadership. The ability to seek out improvements for self, team and the business will be essential together with a practical approach to dealing with people on a day to day basis.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a proven track record of managing high volume processes
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Have a proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a highly successful team, managing any performance or attendence issues
  • Have high self motivation, and be able to work on own initiative
  • Have the ability to plan, organise and schedule work effectively, to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong team working skills

  • Lead, Motivate and Coach the team to successfully deliver it's goals
  • Seek out improvements for self, team and Business
  • Have a practical approach when dealing with people on a day to day basis
  • Bring new ideas into the team and challenge existing ways of working
  • Support and assist other Team Leaders
  • Ensure that all business opportunities are realised and team targets are exceeded, contributing to profit and growth
  • Take responsibility for team productivity, through technology usage and administrative procedures
