All applications and CV's received by BM will be reviewed by our HR Recruitment Team, who will keep applicants up to date with their progress.
Our selection process is designed to be as relaxed as possible and we find that the majority of candidates enjoy the experience. We happily provide feedback for each candidate, regardless of whether they are successful or not. This is a valuable tool for candidates to recognise their development areas, giving them the opportunity to improve for other selection processes, and to develop personal skills in the future.
