The Office of the MD was set up by our Managing Director, Nigel Stockton, to ensure that our customers receive excellent service. The team deal with matters raised by our customers, whether they be positive or negative, on his behalf. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a particular issue, we will work directly with Nigel to achieve this.

We are keen to hear from customers who have received great service, together with those whose dealings with BM have not met their expectations. If you have any feedback or wish to bring any particular matters to our attention, just send an email or pick up the phone.
