Disability Discrimination Act
The implementation of Part III of the Disability Discrimination Act has placed additional responsibilities on service providers. Birmingham Midshires strive to do the right thing for their customers and will take necessary steps to ensure that its products, policies and premises comply with the requirements of the legislation.
Hearing/Speech impaired customers can use Typetalk on all our telephone numbers.
Visually impaired customers can be provided with documentation in large print, Braille or audio cassette on request.
