Birmingham Midshires are keen to provide a speedy Title Documentation Request service and we're currently working on our system so that we can provide a secure e-mail service. Until we're sure that the service we provide is secure, please use this Title Documentation Request form (PDF) and fax it back to us on 01902 302705.

Solicitors Panel Additions

Birmingham Midshires is a division of Bank of Scotland plc. We can only add your practice to our Panel of Approved Solicitors if you're already registered with Bank of Scotland plc.

If you'd like to do this, you'll need to contact your local branch of Halifax Plc.

Once you've been added to the Halifax panel, please complete this Panel Additions form (PDF) and fax it to us on 01902 302705 and we'll gladly add you to our panel.
